Initial call to confirm scope, applicable standards (BS EN, NFPA, IS, AS), software platform (EPLAN version, AutoCAD vintage), and your template or title block. We issue a drawing register and delivery schedule within 48 hours of go-ahead.
Our lead engineer reviews your existing documentation data sheets, equipment schedules, P&IDs, MCC schedules, PLC I/O lists and raises a formal technical query (TQ) list before starting design. This prevents re-work and protects your delivery schedule.
First drawing issue for client review. All drawings carry IFC revision status, revision cloud, and a change description in the title block. Issued as PDF with native EPLAN / DWG files on request. Client returns marked-up PDFs within agreed timeframe.
All IFC comments are captured in a formal comment register, resolved, and responded to in writing before the next revision is issued. IFR drawings are issued when all major technical comments are closed. Typically this is the last review cycle before AFC.
Final drawing package issued with AFC status after client approval. Includes native EPLAN / DWG files, PDFs, printed drawing schedule, and material/BOM reports. All AFC drawings are archived in a controlled document register with full revision history.
Post-commissioning, we incorporate site redlines and issue the final as-built package ready for upload to your asset management system, O&M manual, or client handover binder. Optional ongoing drawing maintenance under a retainer arrangement.

CHALLENGE
A UK-based systems integrator won a water treatment plant expansion contract requiring 4 MCC panel schematics, a full I/O schedule, and a SCADA FDS within a 3-week window.
